    This is one of the backward school districts that permit the Beatings of young people. Adults wielding cut wooden boards called paddles beat students here. Most schools across the US are trying to stop bullying and violence--here you have them preaching against it on the one hand, and hitting people with the other. They are still living in the 20th century and have not yet progressed.
